Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets, content, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are met. Delays in client feedback may affect the final delivery timeline.
Upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final website design and deliverables. Bassui Tech reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Bassui Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the resulting digital products.
